Booking Conditions

This document sets out the General Terms and Booking Conditions for the online reservation services of Glamping Skies, owned by A Essência do Meio, Lda, with registered address at Caminho da Barreta 100, 7100-715 Veiros, Estremoz, Portugal.

The terms "You" and "User" refer to all individuals and/or entities who access the website www.glampingskies.com or use its services.

By using this Site, you accept these Terms of Use and Booking Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.

1. Rights and Obligations

A Essência do Meio, Lda reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, modify or terminate the Services, and modify, replace or deny access to the Site, without prior notice.

2. Limitation of Liability

A Essência do Meio, Lda assumes no liability for damages resulting from changes or termination of services, data deletion, viruses, or unavailability of the site.

3. Accommodation

The characteristics of Glamping Skies are those stated in the reservation. Images on the site may differ from the actual property at the time of the stay, which does not entitle the Client to any modification of the Contract.

4. Prices and Rates

The price of the stay is charged per night, regardless of actual use. Rates are only valid when declared in writing. Prices include VAT, breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi and swimming pool access. Payment is made in full at the time of booking.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. A valid credit card and identification documents are required at check-in. A credit card guarantee equivalent to one night will be requested.

6. Terms of Use

The property is exclusively for adults — children are not admitted. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and enclosed spaces. Pets are not allowed. The Client is responsible for their belongings during the stay.

7. Payment

The stay must be paid in full in advance. Payments are accepted in euros, bank transfer, and Visa and Mastercard cards.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund conditions are linked to the applicable rates. Bookings are generally non-refundable.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to geral@glampingskies.com or at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese Law. Any dispute shall be submitted to Portuguese courts. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
